DECISION BY MANAGEMENT REGARDING YOUR PETS AND/OR YOUR BEHAVIOUR IS FINAL.
BEHAVING IN AN AGGRESSIVE, ABUSIVE, OFFENSIVE, IMPROPER, INDECENT OR DISORDERLEY MANNER WILL RESULT IN EVICTION AND/OR BANNING FROM THE PREMISES.
NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE THAT CREATES A DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PERSONS.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
DO NOT ENTER IF YOUR DOG IS NOT WELL SOCIALISED OR CANNOT BE OFFLEAD DUE TO AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR.
ENSURING THAT YOUR DOGS ARE UP TO DATE ON THEIR INNOCULATIONSAND ARE ADEQUATELY PROTECTED AGAINST TICK AND/OR FLEA BORN DISEASES.
BE AWARE OF WHERE YOUR PET IS AT ALL TIMES AS YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR WELLBEING AND WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURYS AND /OR DAMAGED CAUSED BY THEIR ACTIONS.
DO NOT BRING FEMALE DOGS IN SEASON.
NEVER FEED OTHER PEOPLES DOGS WITHOUT PERMISSION.
NO LITTERING AND PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG USING BAGS AND DUSTBINS PROVIDED.

BY ENTERING THESE PREMISES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE CONDITIONS OF THE PARK AND TO FURTHER INDEMNIFY THE OWNERS & THEIR STAFF AGAINST ANY CLAIM OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER.
Guidelines
Our policy at Walkhaven is off lead and as one can imagine this goes hand in hand with responsibility, ours and yours. Only well socialised dogs will be admitted to Walkhaven.
- We promise to offer a Little Peace of Countryside for you, your family and your dogs.
- We promise to make Walkhaven a safe place to bring the whole family.
- We promise to always put you, our friends and customers first.
In order to uphold the above we require the same commitment from you.
We need you to please consider others, their families and their dogs at all times.
A few guidelines to help maintain an awesome doggy park for us all!
- Please take your dogs for a walk as soon as you arrive as this will settle them so that when you sit and relax they are much calmer and ready to socialise with their friends.
- Please make sure that you can see your dogs at all times.
- Please do not allow your dogs to bother other dogs or owners. If they do then it is your responsibility to control them, not the other visitors nor the Walkhaven staff.
- Please pick up your dogs messes. We have always provided this service but we just do not have the staff to keep up with this anymore. Please ask at the bar for doggy bags before you go off on your walk.
- If your dog is an entire (un-neutered) male then please be more aware of him as they tend to get into more mischief!
- Please do not let your dog urinate on the deck, in the bar or in the upstairs restaurant.
- We would prefer that no balls be thrown from the deck for your dogs – if you want to play ball then please do so in the park itself.
- NEVER feed other people’s dogs unless you have asked their permission. It is best not to feed treats, bones etc while at Walk Haven as this only causes rumbles!
- Please control dogs from barking at our staff and waiters.
- Please make sure that all children are dog friendly i.e. if a child is nervous of dogs then please teach them not to run away from dogs nor scream if dogs come near. A child who stands still is far too boring for a dog to bother about!
- Please take your dogs for a few walks while you are at Walkhaven – only bored dogs who are not getting any attention from their owners will get into trouble.
Walkhaven is after all a Dog Park so please make sure that it is the dogs who come first!
